Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

  • Relevant experience of  at least 2-3 years in the Mobile and web application development industry
  • Must have hands on experience and technical knowledge related to software development in both Web and Mobile apps
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong object-oriented programming background.
  • Strong working experience with:
  • Multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
  • Java programming
  • Back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
  • Excellent in presentation, collaboration, negotiation skills.
  • Maintain the right balance between assertiveness and being professional about it.
  • Strong multitasking skills with capability to work in a tight schedule & adapt to rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the team’s activities by distributing tasks for each developer
  • Support for team members to finish their individual tasks
  • Code review of the teams’ deliverables
  • Write and / or reviews all the technical documentation of the project
  • Provides technical coaching and mentoring for the team
  • Provides estimations and deadlines for the functionalities to be developed by the team
  • Manages the team’s deliverables
  • Desired Skills
  • Industrial experience in Frontend, backend application development, testing, and cloud deployment
  • Proven experience in tech lead with end-to-end solution ownership.
  • Proven hands-on experience in frontend application development using Reactjs, typescript/Javascript Framework
  • Good working experience in backend technologies will be added advantage
  • Experience in developing Application Programming Interface (APIs)
  • Experience in database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
  • Well versed with tools like GitHub and Docker

  • Work mode: Onsite/Work from Office
  • Joining Time: Immediate /Flexibility in joining within 1 month notice
  • CTC: 7-10 lacs per annum
